How to live in “sparkling water” and be happy!

I live in a neighbourhood which is called Kisela Voda, and this is very funny for Francesco because the actual meaning of its name is “acqua frizzante”.

What can i do when it’s simply called like that? At least I have the privilege of living in a very nice and ever sparkling area.
